On the nose, caramel, brown sugar, sultanas, and a buttery quality blend perfectly. The palate is pleasantly round. On the taste, the sherry influence shows up with more sultanas, vanilla, toffee, and brown sugars. The finish is decent in length with warming spices, sultanas, toffee, and a buttery nuttiness. 336 bottles from cask number 509. Distilled December 15th, 2003 and bottled February 2016.
