BOORDY VERITAS RUBY PORT 375ml

A traditional barrel-aged port with aromas of fig, vanilla and eucalyptus. Full bodied with subtle notes of blackberry, currant jam and cassis and a fruity, sweet finish. The foundation of our Veritas is the Chambourcin grape which we grow at our Long Green Vineyard. Veritas is made according to the methods used for traditional port in which the fermentation is interrupted at a precise moment by the addition of pure grape spirits, leaving a luscious residual sweetness and pure fruit aromas. The wine is then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels prior to bottling.
